Responsible Gaming

The Akadea Bay casino is part of an evening on the bay, not a way to make money. Here are the rules we keep and the help within reach of anyone who asks.

Who may enter: 18+

Only visitors of 18 and over are admitted. ID is asked for at the door from everybody, spa guests and residents included. Under-18s may not play, watch play or wait in the room.

Where to draw the line

Pick the sum you are willing to lose before you begin and stay with it. Break for the promenade, keep track of time, and never play with borrowed money or chase a losing run. If it stops feeling like a night out, stop.

Limits or a full stop

Any member of the floor team or the duty manager can put a limit on your visits, or exclude you from the casino for as long as you ask. It is handled privately and comes into force right away.
