From 15:00 you can go up, and we ask for the key back by 11:00. One day of notice is enough for us to try to extend either end.

Eighteen or over. Photo ID (passport, identity card, driving licence) is checked at the entrance for all visitors, including people staying with us.

Yes. All visitors of 18 and over are welcome, with ID. Hotel guests enter free and start with a drink at the bar.

Smart casual. Swimwear is fine by the pool, but please not in the casino after 20:00.

Yes. Mention it to a host or the duty manager. Limits and exclusions are kept confidential and take effect immediately.

Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:30 and comes with most rates. Your booking email says if yours does.

The pool and the steam room are open to all guests. Massage and hammam treatments are booked and paid separately at the spa desk.

Ljubljana and Trieste airports are both about an hour and a half by car, and Venice about two and a half. We can send a private driver for €140 each way, or meet you at the Portorož bus station.

There are spaces behind the hotel at €10 per night. They go quickly in summer, so please reserve one with your room.

Flexible rates may be cancelled without cost up to two days before you arrive. Non-refundable rates are charged when booked.
